Pre-COVID they have had some of the best Baristas over the past years. Now, everyone is going thru hardtimes and the current staff gets the job done, even if a bit slow (mobile order estimates ready in 1-2 minutes, I get there in 10 minutes and have to wait more than 5 more minutes??).

I paid $2.75 for a coffee, and I couldn't even get a single creamer. She put cream in when I asked her not to. Not listening to customers and anticipating their needs is very poor service.

Fast barista was able to make my vanilla bean frappuccino with a quad shot that wasn't hot shot, ruining my frap. Some baristas have problems and when you add a hotshot it messes up the drink and it has to be redone.

I love Starbucks Pike Place that's what to get once in awhile I will get a sandwich I don't go there for anything else the staff is usually very friendly and drinks come out accordingly sometimes they are out of Pikes Place but they make it right keep doing a great job thank you

It's sort of just like a decent sized booth, not really a shop. It's also in a grocery store (Safeway). There's another Starbucks near here, so go to that instead.
