Wanted to return an unused, defective mug I purchased 5 months ago with the receipt - yes I wanted to return/replace it at other branches but I was told to go back to the store I purchased it. The staff and manager have no idea about the policy. I checked online and there is no info on returning defective items. They would not take it back or replace it. First time in my life I’m stuck with a defective item. Got no help here at all. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Located in the Westin Hotel bottom floor. Look for the logo up on the wall. There is no large sign. This is a beautiful and quiet location, however there is no free WiFi, unless you are a guest at the hotel. Very stylish and comfortable seating. Spacious and relaxing.

S-l-o-w service. One should not have to wait 15 minutes to receive an order of 1 drink. And the crew shoulder prepare drinks as they are ordered not how they choose. And also, the crew needs to pay attention. Prepare the correct sizes. This is 2 consecutive days with time consuming issues. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

One of the nicest Starbucks I have been to! The ambiance is just awesome! Mango Dragonfruit Starbucks Refresher is my favorite! 🧋

I come here when I have to go to work and the batista there that makes It everytime is really nice and it's the best coffee. Just wish the app would have less troubles with this location. Can't order certain things when it shows it's there and can't tip via app.

Clean high class environment with friendly staff. Embodiment of everything you come to expect from a Starbucks franchise. Took my order and delivered it quickly and was kind enough to spell my name "Megaton" correctly on the cup! 10/10 would get coffee here again!

This Starbucks was easy to find as it has a separate entrance at the corner of the hotel. The barristas were very friendly and efficient. My customized Frap was made perfectly. There are tables and a long work-station bar located right in front of the Starbucks area. The restrooms are located just down the hall. Although located inside the hotel I felt as though this was a free-standing Starbucks store. They do accept Starbucks cards. Note: they close early, 8:00pm. Check times before you make a trip.

These guys close at 8 o clock instead of time that is posted here. Really a disappointment. We entered at 7:59 but still they said they were closing. I really doubt these guys close this early. Last week their board showed some other prices for hot chocolate. Didn't like this location based on previous experiences
