I got a bacon Gouda sandwich, and a mocha frappe. I’ll start with ordering, it was a older lady with short gray hair and tattoos. She was very rude and inexperienced, she told me she was the manager…oh lord..And then another younger women with long brown hair helped Debra with a lot of stuff. It took 5 minutes for her on the register, then 10 minutes for one drink with no other customers or drinks in line…I worked at a Starbucks when younger and let me say if this lady is manager you need to fire her and get someone professional. I’ve been a regular here and all old employees that had experience and good work ethic quit. I wonder why… the older workers used to tell me that “for 12 an hour I don’t want to work here, I am 14 and stressed” I can’t believe you guys hire that young…I saw them using the oven?? Where is corporate because you should all honestly get fired. I hope the manager gets fired and that Starbucks gets shut down for breaking child labor and child safety laws, also trust I’ll be calling corporate and health department.

Waited forever. They didn’t even make the drinks right. I left because I didn’t want to wait another 15 min for 4 drinks. Staff was nice, but service could have been better.

The baristas got my order done very quickly, and the coffee tasted great. Reading all these other reviews, one would think the baristas are unprofessional and don't know what they're doing, but I come in nearly every other day and have had no problems. If you're nice to them, they'll be nice to you, too.

I bring my family into this store for Starbucks this morning. And we wait .... and wait.... and wait. There is the manager behind the counter. And two young looking kids. All working on my family's order. This manager has no idea what's going on, no control and is rude. We continued to wait because they messed up our drinks only to be talked to like we where the ones in the wrong......
Whoever this manager is. She should not be a manager. Good luck to them.

Woke up early to go in and get coffee, for my family. We are here from Texas on vacation. Friday morning we had terrible service. The main batista behind the counter with brown hair who seemed like the manager, seemed very frustrated. And things quickly got out of hand. We waited for what seemed like 25 minutes or more for very poorly made coffee and breakfast sandwiches. You spend good money at starbucks , thinking to get good quality and good service. BUT that day we did not.
I hope whoever that manager is, she changes her management styles because yelling at guests and cussing behind the counter is not appropriate.
We won't be coming back here.

Local here!!! I came in around 9am yesterday morning, with my daughter. We waited for our 2 drinks for over 30 minutes. There was quite a line. It seemed like a Manger, (shorter woman: with long brown hair in a ponytail) did NOT like her job. She was rude to other customers and myself. It was not a good experience for us on our special day out. We will not be returning to this starbucks

The issue with this location is the fact they hire young children maybe 15-16 doing the work of adults.
There is no customer service involved.
The service alone is poor.
You should not hire children and expect them to give good service to good paying customers !!!!!

Onyx was really helpful. I loved how he got my order exactly how I wanted it to be, and he had a smile on his face while working, and it looked like he actually wanted to be there

Starbucks. Ah, yes. The world-renowned coffee chain that makes you feel fancy as hell for spending $7 on a beverage. But let's be real, you're not just buying a drink. You're buying an experience. A place to sit and people-watch, pretending to be busy on your laptop while sipping on a pumpkin spice latte.
Let's start with the menu. You could spend hours just trying to decipher what some of these drinks actually are. A tall, skinny, decaf, vanilla, soy latte? Who comes up with this stuff? And don't even get me started on the sizes. Tall, grande, venti, trenta. It's like they're trying to make us feel stupid for not speaking Italian.
But the real magic of Starbucks isn't in the menu, it's in the atmosphere. The ambiance is unmatched. The sound of the espresso machine, the smell of freshly brewed coffee, the dim lighting that somehow makes you feel both cozy and productive at the same time. It's a vibe. And let's not forget the baristas. These coffee wizards are like modern-day alchemists, turning basic ingredients into a magical elixir that makes us feel alive.
But there's one thing that's always bothered me about Starbucks. It's the fact that they ask for your name when you order. Why do they need to know my name? Am I going to Starbucks to make friends? No, I'm going there to get my caffeine fix and go about my day. But sure, Starbucks, I'll tell you my name. It's "Captain Awesome." Let's see if you can handle that one.
And let's talk about the food. The pastries are delicious, sure, but they're also small enough to make you feel like you're not completely ruining your diet. It's a sneaky move, Starbucks. But we see you. And don't even get me started on the breakfast sandwiches. They're like a warm, gooey hug for your taste buds. But if you're trying to watch your waistline, maybe don't look at the nutrition facts. Just enjoy the damn sandwich, Karen.
Now, I know what you're thinking. "But Nathaniel, Starbucks is so expensive!" Yes, it is. But let's think about it for a second. For the price of a fancy drink, you get a few minutes of peace and quiet, a chance to catch up on work or people-watch, and a hot beverage that tastes like happiness. That's worth it, right? Right?!
Starbucks is a weird and wonderful place that's equal parts confusing and comforting. It's the land of overpriced coffee and awkward name exchanges. But it's also a place where you can take a deep breath and pretend like you have your life together for a few minutes. And honestly, that's priceless. Plus, where else are you going to get a drink that has more calories than a Big Mac? Cheers to you, Starbucks. You're weird, but we love you anyway.
Customer service at Starbucks inside country mart is horrible. She rude and condescending, when they make your drink wrong the get attitude. Learn your menu darling! I wasn't rude I just simply stated, I would like my shots of expresso poured over the top and not blended in please. So what did she do? She blended them in so, I simply asked did you pour the shots over the top? she say no, I blended them in. I said please knock the whip off the top and and two shots over the top. I'll pay for the two extra shots she got very snotty with me. I said it's to early for your unwanted comments so please just give me my coffee and I'll be on my way.
