We go to Starbucks as a treat, and enjoy a consistent beverage. This location's staff is always friendly, and the drinks are indeed consistent. Not sure what to think about homeless occasionally sleeping at the tables inside, that's a tough thing for management to deal with without angering someone. Such is life in the Pacific Northwest these days!

Great service and good coffee. Would have been more stars/higher rating had they followed my request if a "very hot" ds mocha.. but guessing their machine is auto set @ certain temps.

The Barista had TERRIBLE customer service. I walk up to the counter and she just stares at me...NO GREETING, NO "hello"...NOTHING!!! Just a rude look like I was bothering her. I then just stared back, said "WOW!" and walked away. I personally think it's just rude AF to not say a damn thing when greeting a customer. I will never return to this Starbucks because it's ALWAYS something at the particular one.
