Second person in front of me in the drive-through ordered nine drinks. Therefore, I waited 30 minutes and drive-through for my single order. The vehicle in front of me between the customer ordering nine drinks and myself received their drink free. I heard the gentleman said thank you for your patience. This is on me. I did not get that same service. Furthermore, after tasting my drink, I had to go back into the store and ask them to remake it. They did not make it correctly. This store very rarely gets my order correct. And I understand that sometimes it’s hard to read the label when they get wet. It’s just frustrating that I have to suffer the consequences. I feel I was also waiting in that line I should’ve had my drink for free as well. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I did a mobile Starbucks and I was waiting for 15 minutes or more when I finally asked if my order was coming out and it turns out wrong location. You know I’m sure as a customer service person you’re taught if you see someone has been waiting for while you should acknowledge them and ask. So I got to the other Starbucks and my bagel was cold and stale. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
