The store manager at this location, and the baristas care a lot about their customers. I've been a regular here for years, and this is my keen observation. The store manager and the baristas would always let each customer who walk through the door that it's busy, but that they (team members) are doing their best to have them (customers) served in a timely manner. I see them constantly do this on every Sunday morning when I'm there, and when it's often really, really busy. Keep up the good customer service folks! Way to go! This starbucks has good service and the food you come to expect. Like most Starbucks, this ones interior is sterile and cold. Not like they used to be inviting, walls with abstract designs, and warmth. Prices are up portions are smallest ever, and us customers just have to take what starbucks doles out. Bring back places we want to go to before corporate got greedy and actually cared about its priorities, us, its customers.... sorry for the rant.... The woman working the window this afternoon with the streaky purple and dark brown hair’s fingers were so filthy that I couldn’t even finish my drink because her fingers were hovering around the lid. Yucko!

It's a Starbucks. BARISTAS WORK HARD AND ARE USUALLY SUPER FRIENDLY HERE - but OMG can they all please read the labels on the orders and *make the drinks correctly* You have to be careful when you get your drink taste it before you drive off in case it's gross 🤢 if it is bad just ask for another one, they'll make it for free of course, and it's not your fault so don't feel bad because they don't & they know they make mistakes plus they can't 'taste test' what they make so, yeah ... BUT SERIOUSLY - I ORDERED A CARAMEL FRAPP (REG RECIPE) AND THE CHICK HANDED ME THE CUP WITH ALL WHITE INSIDE SO BASICALLY JUST BLENDED MILK - NO CARM NO FRAPP R - NOTHING. Professional and friendly service, always with a smile. Flawless made-to-order drinks. A very efficient Starbucks in my experience. Ample parking. On the other hand… Terribly overpriced, but that’s the reality in 2023. Not the best atmosphere. Size and layout of the store does not allow for any private conversation and the music is WAY TOO LOUD. Can hardly hear myself think, let alone enjoy a chat over coffee. They never shake their matcha properly whenever I order it. Honestly it’s a cup of milk with powdered matcha chunks in it… I couldn’t even drink it, I had to take it home and mix it myself. Also ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso, it was not shaken or even mixed at the slightest. It was just a cup of milk with thick syrup on the bottom…..

I am always up for Starbucks coffee because everywhere I go it's always the same and very good. This Starbucks has a friendly staff but sometimes they allow bums to hangout all day in this place, they say well there a paying customers too but then they are there every time I come to this starbucks.. My cup of coffee was very good. Other than that I did like that this Starbucks is still very clean and kept well despite the bums that hangout with there carts outside it.

The people working are very rude and , Very slow. Every time I came for this location they refused to take cash because they don’t have change. And I’m not talking about big bills I’m talking about $20 . And there is guy name Eric is very rude and angry for no reason. I’m not coming back this location ever again .
