Very poor customer service here. Husband went to pick up my app order and one of my items was out of stock, but no one bothered to even say this when giving him the order!! Created a mess for us this morning trying to figure it out Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

A long wait & the worst Carmel frappe from a Starbucks. If I hadn't been traveling, I would have taken it back in for a refund. I even tried buying a Starbucks cup & the barista kept telling me that it wasn't correct for my drink. Why did it matter? It was a sale. Glad she talked me out of it now. I was picking up drinks for my daughter and son-in-law. I wasnt 100% sure what I was supposed to get, but the baristas were amazing. They knew exactly what I needed, even with me only giving them a small part of the order. I have never been so impressed. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

They have so much more than coffee so if you want to try something new and familiar or just want to try something out of the ordinary this is the place for you. Tip if you like chai tea ask for it with steamed apple juice. I guarantee you will like it.

The 4 baristas were sitting on the counter and had a hand made sign that said "We are closed!!" This was at 7:30 pm on a Sunday night. Google says they close at 9:30 pm, but not tonight. They were very rude tapping on the window when a lady was in line trying to order. 10/10/2021.

I got a venti dirty chai tea latte this morning and it tasted like a watered down venti latte with a single shot. The baristas were great and made me another one but it tasted exactly the same. I dont know if they changed the chai that they have or if I got a bad batch but it was very disappointing since I am not one to usually get a caffinated drink.

What can I say about Starbucks? Anytime I feel like laying down five bucks for a cup of java I visit Starbucks. Their stores remind me of all those long uncomfortable layovers in some boring airport terminal. Don't get me wrong, I like Starbucks, the coffee is much better than what you get in your typical convenience stores with the mystery meat wieners cooking on rollers beside the coffee makers and Slush Puppy machines. My general opinion of Starbucks is probably a little unfair to this particular grocery store location because it is really convenient, with quick service and they make my grocery shopping experience a little more bearable.
