I preordered for pickup but when we arrived 10-12 minutes after our orders wasn't ready. Should have known to always doublecheck the store's ratings first!!! Service Take out Service: 1

I love Starbucks coffee, at least as much as Peet's. Great selection, consistent quality, comfortable and vibrant environment. Prompt and superior service by baristas, always willing to accommodate.
