I can’t remember the names of the baristas who helped me. They were 2 young girls! I came in on Jan 28 at 12:44. I just want to say they were so sweet and amazing! Please give them some recognition! Mobile order took 20 mins to complete, while the store was empty...I stood there and watched them take 5 walk in customers before i asked again about my drink...informed them did my order come through?..barista and 2 others had attitude about it...telling me mobile is different...then made the drink in 30 seconds?!...if you forgot/missed the order, just say that! dont lie and blame the customer..not the first problems I've had here and by the other reviews seems to be a common problem! This Starbucks is very busy but they keep the line moving! Service is fast, staff don’t have time to talk...haha! But they have everything you need from coffee, to Latte, to pastries and more! They have quite a collection of merchandise so if you collect Starbucks items you can pick them up here if you’re in the area!!!

Okay... I dont know if it's the barista but this place is bad when going for vanilla bean cremes... I ask for extra caramel and I get a cup that barely has any. I also asked no whip and so she puts whip but when I addressed it she scrapped it off and put a lid on it, not even thinking about replacing the caramel that was on the whip... My wife's vanilla bean creme had been made to look like one but not taste like one... Hers was practically ice and could taste no creme what so ever... Never again we will be coming here.

Staff is great but very long waits almost everyday. Today was the worst. I literally waited 28mins for a Cold brew. This place needs a 6 sigma project. I don't know if it's lack of staffing but my guess is they are not equipped to handle morning mobile orders and the rush they get in person.
