Went there this morning to grab 3 venti ice water. Was willing to pay and I was extremely patient when she said it would be a couple of minutes because they had to get some stuff out before. Totally understandable, I told her not a problem and stood to the side 20 minutes later I see ice waters being made and put out to be polite I asked are those mine and she looks at me annoyed and says no! It’s gonna be a couple more minutes. I walked out. There’s no need to be rude if my request for water is wasting there time just tell me I’m sorry we’re busy we can’t right now I would have understood but when someone is being kind to you and not talking to you in a disrespectful way there is no need to be rude! My favorite Starbucks of them ALL! I do in-home care so I am a traveling therapist and get my coffee breaks. This Starbucks is always friendly and their restrooms are always available for a traveling worker, like myself. And my drink is always amazing. Thank you 🥹🙏
