This is a great location! It’s one of the Starbucks locations that has partnered with Volvo to setup an electric charging station. Inside, staff are friendly and were willing to take the time to make sure they understood my drink order so they could get it right. My order came out quickly and tasted delicious. The atmosphere was spacious and great for people watching. I’d happily stop by this location again! @56 W 9000 South in Sandy, UT. A friendly smile and a courteous service that you can always count on… I love to come and enjoy my cup of joe here. The staffs are very nice and coffee taste great. I was in the drive through waiting for my drink. While the guy at the window serving me was having a separate conversation with someone on the phone on his personal cell phone. Using vulgar language and talking negatively about his boss. He didn't even talk to me and then proceeds to ask. If I want to leave a tip and I'm like. Are you serious? LOL absolutely not. Had an excellent experience here. Spent a couple of hours using their WiFi to work on homework for my college classes. My Frappuccino was perfect and served quickly and the atmosphere wasn't so noisy as to inhibit my studying. Plenty of outlets available at convenient spots around the restaurant for people to use too. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This location seems a lot more spacious than other Starbucks locations. There was plenty of seating at small tables, long tables, and leather seats. This location also has drive-thru, free Wi-Fi, and app order. Meaning you can place and pay for your order on the Starbucks app on your smartphone, and they will have your order ready when you arrive. The facility is also very clean. This place was larger and more roomy with more seating then usual for a Starbucks which is good n cool. But their was just something about this particular location that rubbed me the wrong way I can't say for sure n am probably bias but this location was Stuffy or snooty, snooby, uptight. That's the best way I can describe my experience n what the atmosphere was like during my short visit. The staff was friendly and good to fix the order they messed up without any fuss. No it was the customers or patrons that went their that put off the jerky vibes I mentioned above. It may have just been that day but I'm guessing not it's more the area I dont know but dont take my word for it go check it out yourself.That's just my humble opinion n horrible grammar remember love be the change live loud show your glamour but avoid the slammer...😁😋😎🤗

Worst experience I’ve had , not only where they rude but not helpful at all didn’t listen to my order I bought this cup and they wouldn’t give me the straw with it when I’m prior occasions I’ve bought this cup and didn’t have to purchase the straw when you buy a tumbler the straw isn’t an add on. Was only here because of the car charger out front. I'd encourage everyone to boycott, there is better coffee for cheaper all throughout the valley
