I normally go to this Starbucks as it is the closest one to me. I tried earlier in the day, around 3 pm and the line was wrapped around the store. No big deal, I decided to come back around 6:30. I just got home; it’s now 7:40 at night. Not much of a line this time when I went, but the wait was unreal. And at one point you can’t even leave because you’re in the drive thru with a curb on either side, so you’re stuck. The woman in front of me paid and waited an additional 10 minutes to get her order! I’m glad she said something. I heard her ask “how long does it take to make an iced tea?” I myself waited 5 minutes after paying because they hadn’t made one of my drinks yet. Seriously?
I counted one guy waiting in the store from what I could see, and at least 4 employees shuffling around behind the counter, so it’s not like it was one person holding down the fort. It will be awhile before I return to this Starbucks, because I’m not interested in spending roughly 700 years in line. Get your life together, GB Starbucks.

Got the door dash order wrong. Gave me a iced matcha latte instead of a hot one. I paid $7 for the wrong order. And they didnt even fill it up all the way.
Update: I did call i they remade it for me. I just had to pick it up. They were nice. The situation is just frustrating

Ordered a grande white mocha hot latte, mostly milk and no coffee and wasn’t filled. Didn’t announce my name at the location while waiting, stood there for a while until I just started checking all the drinks.

Stood in the drove through line for over 20 minutes at this location at 2:30pm. Absolutely ridiculous. If you think that going through the drive through at this location will be fast? Nope! Think again!

The staff is wonderful, as are the drinks, but the manager is absolutely insane. Some of the best baristas are being fired for no reason or petty things, despite going above and beyond, and others feel as though management has a target on their back. It’s horrible, and people are being treated unfairly by managers. Heck, the whole region is firing people out of nowhere. This store is the reason a lawsuit is going to happen.

Asked for liquid cane syrup to be added to my drink, the barista taking my order in the drive thru charged me for classic syrup when my partner tried to correct her she told us it's the same thing; it's not and my drink has a nasty artificial sweet taste and we were ignored in the drive thru not even a simple hello from the person giving us the order.

Sat in the drive-thru line for 8 minutes & never moved. Left, got on the highway sitting at the traffic light & just before I drove away...that first car finally moved. It is always so slow.

not normally a starbucks person, but i just happened to have gone through the drive thru a few times these past few days. wait can be a little long, but that is to be expected on a weekend morning/early afternoon, especially with the starbucks labor cuts i have been hearing about where stores are short staffed. imogen has helped me the recent times i have been and she is just always so pleasant and goes above and beyond, even when she is slammed with cars wrapped around the building and working both the ordering screen and the window by herself. i am a server, my job is literally to kiss up to people and i cant even manage to be as pleasant as her 100% of the time when im that busy. drinks have also been on point so kudos to whoever was on bar! 💓☕️🥐🌸🍵😚

The baristas are wonderfully social; I feel like their interactions with me are genuine, friendly, and warm. They make a point of welcoming me when I arrive and wishing me well when I leave.
Being Starbucks, the prices are high, but that's not the fault of the store or employees. The baristas are energetic and work swiftly when the store is very busy, and they do all they can to ensure drinks are made right and customers are satisfied.
When I go to Starbucks, this store is my first choice.
