First time at this Starbucks and they are lacking customer service. I was waiting for a long time for my Ice latte coffee and they wanted to give me someone else’s coffee. I asked them to make me a new one and he didn’t want but he did. Yusuf the employee that made me my coffee was extremely rude to with no customer service and insulted me. Khalid failed to charge us for a croissant and insisted we pay immediately. Then another employee asked us to pay. I just spend SR 113 riyals of course I’m going to pay. They should let us enjoy our meal and then I will pay. Starbucks needs to train these bunch on how to be friendly and polite to their customers. Not sure if they are always this rude but they did not make us feel like valued customers.

While waiting for the train at this station decided to check out this Starbucks… AND the service was quick, professional and the coffee was perfect! Too bad I’m visiting, I would come here and spend everyday. Keep up the GREAT work.

Drinks made are flavourless and when requesting the size you want they end up being the wrong size, absolutely horrible staff with the worst attitude, if most of them don’t want to work and give a good customer experience then this job is not for them. Starbucks HQ should go and check them out; I will not name and shame but I’m sure most of them know who I’m talking about ! Come for pilgrimage and this is what you get when you receive

Amazing experience and amazing lady Imane who was so professional yet so friendly and kind. The coffee was perfect and the turkey croissant delicious. Thank you Imane for the wonderful service. Best customer service in the world!

Worst customer service, they don't know what are the international standards if they make wrong coffee like they insisted that this is the flavour of white mocha world wide instead he added some chocolate powder in coffee & my cousin came from Germany how come same flavour is different at Madina railway station star bucks??
