Hello there , today i have an awful encounter with one of the employees who named Omar , absolutely bad manners has no professionalism whatsoever raised his voice at me for simply sayin that’s my drink that he gave to a customer , why would Starbucks hire someone with absolutely no respect for the customer/consumer mortifying experience + the so called manger down there handled the situation awfully. NEVER AGAINNNNNN. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I tried their hot chocolate drink yesterday.. It was horrible.. To be honest local cafe hot chocolate drink was much much better than it .. I don’t understand why so much hype about the Starbucks .. why people go crazy over this brand ??.. My hot chocolate drink was nothing but hot water mixed with a spoon of cocoa powder & sugar .. worst tasting ever.. I’ll never visit their cafe again .. @starbucks👎👎👎👎👎 .. worst experience ever 🥹😡😠 Atmosphere: 1

حابه اشكر الموظف " ثامر" لان تغيرت نظرتي للمكان من سيء إلى رائع .. وصرت اشتري منه بعد تعامل هالموظف تعامله راقي ومحترم جداً وطلبي دايم يجي صحيح .. واتمنى لـ هالفرع الأفضل واختيار موظفين مناسبين للمكان وشكراً
