If I could give a negative star I would. Closed for renovations, no signs up or anything doors unlocked so they appear open. Stood inside awhile. Employees just looked at me a few times and vanished without saying a word. WORTHLESS. Meal type Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered ahead in the app for store pickup while traveling. Store was closed for pickup, they were shutting everyone through the drive through. Waited 17 minutes to get to the window and our drinks hadn’t been started. Not the best Starbucks to stop at if you are trying to travel efficiently. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I've been coming here for 18 years now. I worked here on opening day after leaving Borders Cafe. Once my army retirement kicked in, I quit and threw my watch in the garbage. The staff here has always been like my extended family. There is always turnover, but a few have been working here for quite some time. I've known Ben, Noah, and Jacob the longest, but the whole staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My all-time favorite beverage is the Mocha Frappuccino made with heavy cream, hazelnut, and toffee nut, skip the whip. But seriously, all their beverages are delicious, and the mobile app is great, and you can complete star challenges for points towards free food and drinks. I highly recommend this place!
