Never had worse service! McDonald's at this point has better service. The point to ordering ahead for drinks with a set ready time is to have those items ready at least decently close to that time. 25 minutes later is not decently close. Poor service - new store looks great but service no too much. There was a gentleman making the drinks at 1:12pm there was no rush or line and I asked for a cup of water with after I got my espresso shots. He told me I’d have to wait since there was orders ahead of that request and it’ll be a while. I didn’t think much of it but I asked nicely, I was not in a rush so not sure why he thought he had to state that. The guys name was Sam. I was not in any rush and it wasn’t customer friendly. New store remodel should come with new customer service training here Service: 1

They do not have dine in as written in Google. But you still can set outside in the open air if you like. The staff were nice and served us fast. And as usual, starbucks has the best coffee.

The food and coffee were fine, which can be acquired at any location but this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had at a Starbucks. They didn't even attempt to spell my name correctly after I provided the first two letters of spelling. At the window no attempt at eye contact or even speaking directly to me, they may as well have thrown my food at me and walked away because that's what it felt like. Also no utensils provided for eating my meal. Had she not immediately walked away from the window, I may have been able to confirm this before driving off. Not sure how this Starbucks has so many high reviews. They must be confused with the Starbucks in Hurst. But seriously, not sure how but this location sucks so much. They ALWAYS without fail make my drinks horribly wrong. Especially the guy with longish blonde hair. He literally remind my drink 3x and was still wrong. He told told “oh sorry I wasn’t paying attention to your drink” while making it. It was literally a trenta green tea lemonade with half of the sweeter and light ice. He made a straight up green tea with half water 2x then proceeded to make a super diluted green tea lemonade. Always crazy that they always help drive thru first instead of customers waiting inside. It got to the point that a Hispanic girl with glasses pretty short was like “I feel bad we should give her a refund”. Also they forgot to make my other drink because the stickers weren’t making so I had to ask for it. If the stickers aren’t working anymore why don’t they write on the cups like they used to? So what do I do next?? I drive OUT OF MY WAY to the Starbucks on Precinct line and 183 instead where I know they ALWAYS make my drink correctly. This all happened on March 3rd. This Starbucks is what I call a just grab your coffee spot. Very unclean. They had a homeless person sleeping in there . Place is really small and tables and chairs are very uncomfortable. Staff forgot order and after 10 minutes we had to go ask for the Pastries we order with the coffee . Staff is friendly though. I am by far not a Starbuckian, but when I feel the need to just relax, pick up a new book, read in before I bring it home, the experience is heightened over the aroma of mocha. The coffee shop in Barnes and Nobles' bookstore is serene. It's like a mind massage. The barristas are the consumate professionals. Like latte librarians. There are two awesome entities in one spot. They are truly the nicest people, all smiles, know just how to make your coffee every time. Copped two huge cookies they heated for me. Nice! Then you just find a comfy seat, read, sip, read, relax, read, sip, read, melt all that stress away. This mocha latte is like a pair of soft hand slipping onto your scalp, massaging away all the stress. Ahhhhh! I needed this. I almost let out a little moan. The only thing missing is a fireplace and an ottoman. Take care. Love to read? Love great coffee or just the aroma? Barnes and Nobles Starbucks is calling you. Heck, just need to chill for a second and unwind? This is your chillaxin spot. Buh bye peeps. Take care of yourselves. This isn't a rehearsal, this is your only life. Never forget to give yourselves weekly spoils. This is one of mine. You can borrow it, just leave some for me. Peace.
