Love this place it just takes forever to get your drink. This is not my pic. I forgot to take one, but this is what I had. Dragon pink drink... It's good too!!! The wait times through the drive through need serious improvement. I randomly have visited this location twice when I come to Baytown to visit my boyfriend and the wait time both times has been extremely long. Once you get to the teller, staff puts you on hold. The coffee quality is good otherwise. I will avoid this location

Placed mobile order 20 minutes before getting there and prior to ordering the app said an estimate of 10 to 13 minutes. When I arrived, they stated that my order ticket was not even on their list of orders they have working on and would still take me another 15 minutes or so. This is my last time ordering any type of drinks from this location. I asked to add sweet cream cold foam and brown sugar syrup to my green tea matcha drink. They never add my request but I still get charged for it. I can definitely taste and see that my extras are not added. Not to mention this is not the first time. I made the barista aware the last time and she assured me it’s added. The other location makes it correctly especially Target on Garth and Mont Belvieu and you can see that they add my sweet cream like requested. I agree with others on slow service especially on Sunday mornings, but what can you really expect? It’s 1 of the 2 Starbucks for all of Baytown. New faces all the time, sometimes friendly, sometimes not so friendly, but never rude. At least in my experience. Establishment could do better keeping the shop cleaner, though. So the atmosphere here is Baytown'ish! I did not understand why I did a mobile order pick up and had to still wait 20 minutes for the 2nd half of my order. This location has peaks and valleys with me. The employees communicate to work well, not fight or argue are with smiles. They know their customers and are VERY personal with them. However, their work flow is not good. I have to figure out why a medicine ball took 20 minutes to come out which made me late for work as I was taking it for my mother! Also to mention, I did not raise hell. I am too old for that and the employees there are normally working hard. Just that the work flow process sucks... I called tonight to tell them that the pink drink didn’t have strawberries and the associate of Starbucks claimed that yesterday they told the customer there was no strawberries and I told her how are you telling me this if today is the only day I have came by and no one even bothered to say this and then she hanged up so then then I called back and I told her I wanted to speak to the manager and she said her manager isn’t there and I asked for her name and she said she cannot give out her name so I said I wanted my refund so she said come back and mind you my mil is not in the Baytown area to come back from where I am tonight but the thing that was very upsetting is how they handled it by hanging up the phone and the thing is you can hear like laughter. I really don’t think it’s funny when young kids working there have No manners! Don’t come here if you want rude teens handling your order.

Colby tells me it was my fault for not turning around, and taking my 2 kids inside because my drinks weren't made right and also I wasn't given the discount, and given no receipt. It's not fair that I get messed up drink, for the amount of money we pay. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’ve been here a handful of times trying to give this place chance after chance. I agree with the recent reviews, this is the slowest Starbucks in town. I ordered through the app, my order was expected to be ready by 11:44am, I didn’t get it until 12:15pm. It was very chaotic in there, about 15 people were in the front waiting for their order. There was no management or structure what so ever. Only positive thing about this is that my drink was well prepared but doesn’t compensate for the time I spent there waiting for my drink.
