Come here and have delicious caramel macchiato or good tea. Guests don't highly appreciate sandwiches at Starbucks. This place is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. It's usually a good idea to experience something new and enjoy the comfortable atmosphere. This place CONSISTENTLY makes the worst brown sugar shaken expresspo. I might as well order a cup of ice. honestly rather go to the Starbucks inside of Target across the street. Not to mention To Go Orders are chaotic and you wait an extra 20 min for your drink. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Don’t know what it is, but the food orders are amazingly slow on Sunday mornings. Been here back to back Sundays and it is the same person heating them up. And it’s not crazy busy in person or drive thru. Ordered at 9:04 AM.. here I am at 9:34 am still waiting for food. Drinks were fast.. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Terrible service. The lady in charge of mobile orders left me sitting there for 20 minutes and told me “it’s probably here…idk” when I got there and asked about it, and come to find out, “someone must have took it”. The absolute WORST experience at a Starbucks or any establishment I’ve ever had. I wish I could rate worse than 1 star. This Starbucks just needs to fire the entire staff and start all over.

Coffee is hit or miss here, service is mostly miss rather than hit. I placed an order on my app one day and about 5 minutes later drive up to pick it up from the drive thru. The lady working the drive thru at the time gave me attitude and told me next time I need to wait for the time it says it’ll be ready before trying to pick it up. Mind you this has never been a problem, and I was the only one in the drive thru…other locations would’ve had it done and just waiting after 5 minutes lol. If they just focused on working, while they’re at their jobs after all, things would probably run a lot smoother. Waiting for pick up orders while staff is around in the lobby cleaning machines and fraternizing

I ordered a coffee with chocolate and carmel and I told the girl I wanted 1 sweetener. And right before she was going to, I said NO MILK. She looked so surprised when I stopped her. My cup only had about 2 inches with cocoa and Carmel and she was handing me such a smaller amount in it and I was really concerned about her. I told her several times, NO MILK, NO WHIP CREAM!! Then she said is this all I wanted and I had to tell her like 3 times I WANT COFFEE HOT AND FILL THE CONTAINER UP. I have no clue what she was thinking about. Now it may be made with milk and whip cream but I told her what I wanted and honestly she was somewhere else. I had a vanilla iced coffee it was delicious I’m rating it 4 stars because it took me less than 30 minutes to get it ready maybe cause there were previous customers before I ordered Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person $20–30

This is unacceptable, a $6 drink that’s not even full, it looks like someone already drank out of it. I have no issue with starbucks I go to this establishment quite often. The last few times I have gone I keep receiving my drink this way. At first I thought they were having a bad day, but now it’s every time. I won’t be spending $6 on a drink when it’s not going to be full. It’s just not up to Starbucks standards. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10
