Went through the Drive-Thru and upon leaving I found a piece of wood with paint on it in my drink. When I came back to tell the barista, I saw the exact piece of wood in the parking lot. Completely unacceptable as to how this would have ended up in my drink. Food: 1 Service: 1

Where do I begin? If I could give zero stars I would but… My visit to this location has been the most unprofessional visit in my years of going to Starbucks. I ordered a venti drink from the drive thru but received a grande instead. The gentleman who took my order was very polite when I made him aware of the incorrect size, however the female making the order immediately showed her frustration. You could see it all over her face from outside the window. It was such poor customer service and I didn’t expect it from such an organization. It get worse!!!!!!! She quickly comes back with what is supposed to be the “correct order” and from a glance I could tell something was off about it but proceed to not hold up the line in the drive thru. It was discovered after taking a few sips that this female worker loaded the venti cup with whip cream at the bottom, poured the same small beverage inside and then piled more whip cream on the top to make it appear that it was remade in the right size. What a joke! I called the store and spoke to Oscar who was the manager for the day. He advised he knew who the employee was and he would talk to her but refused to provide her name for my review. I truly hope she is properly addressed for this for the next customer’s sake. I’ve worked in customer service for years and this was completely unacceptable! Will never return to this location and I advise others to avoid as well at least while she is employed there. 😒 Service Take out Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered the vanilla oatmilk shaken espresso yet paid $8 for a cup of MILK. Asked them to remake and they told me it would take an extra 15 minutes when I already waited 30+ minutes in line. Inflation has already jacked up prices as it is yet they can’t even make it a decent coffee. Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It did not taste like a caramel Frappuccino it tasted like hazelnut or butterscotch and just weird they were out of venti cups and caramel crunch so maybe thats why it taste so bad save yourself and just go to the daily grind it’s better at everything Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

I usually loveee the environment, atmosphere, and workers here but today was NOT IT. The worker told us they had NO change but upon giving more including a tip since we didn’t have change, he proceeded to take change out of the box to tip himself. Very disappointed in this!!! 1-10-23 2:08pm When I used to live near by here I would somewhat constantly stop by, only issue is the long wait in line. There isn’t much space so even exiting takes a while. Customer service is great though. Last time I was here my fiancé and I were getting our usuals, when someone in front of us decided not to take a specific drink. A Venti Strawberry Açaí with raspberry dragonfruit and extra lemonade on the bottom. So they asked if we’d like to take it(free obviously they can’t throw it out it’d be a waste) we took it and my fiancé loved the drink. It’s now his go to refresher. 😅 Edit: I realized I rated the wrong Starbucks, this one does have good space though 😅 Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10
