I am not easily impressed at Starbucks. However, This morning, at 7:14 AM, we stopped by your Starbucks Coffee Store #50943 in Cerritos, CA. As I made my way up to the speaker, I was pleasantly surprised by the cheerful, welcoming, and professional voice that came across the speaker. After her welcome message ended she said her name Fantayshia, and asked for my order. As I approached the window, I asked the server if she had taken my order and in a very professional manner she responded by no, sir, I did not." While the window clerk/barista was getting my drinks, another young lady (I believe her name was Tiya" approached the window and offered us a sample of your promotional coffee. She stepped back and Valeria came forward and handed me my first drink. As she handed me the second drink, I squeezed the cup too hard and hot coffee spilled on the jacket that I was wearing. Valeria, sprung into action and asked "Are you ok, did you burn yourself?" I replied " no, it fell on my jacket and the side of my car" She reached over and handed me paper towels and offered a rag, just in case I needed it. Her quick action is very commendable. She knew what to do and the correct questions to ask to ensure my safety. A huge "Thank you Fantayshia, Valeria, and Tiya" for a superb service.
