Just a typical Starbucks that is clean and neat inside and the service was great. My mocha was just as usual, nice and warm, but not too hot. I do not think there is a drive-through at this location. One of the few times I didn’t use the drive-thru. The inside of the store is very and clean organized. Table and comfy chair seating. Friendly service. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

One of the worst locations I've had the pleasure of being in. Went to try and have a meeting and couldn't hear ourselves over the employees yelling across the store complaining about the customers. Very disappointing after spending $20+ on food and drink only to have to move to another location because the employees were insufferable to deal with. Additionally, no tables were cleaned despite the cafe being almost empty and the employees just standing behind the counter on their phones. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Properly crafted drinks, excellent service. I am moat especially impressed with how everyone there spoke with customers and with each other in a positive way. I love the vibe when staff are treating each other well and working together. And they actually know how to foam a cappuccino,.which is apparently a lost art elsewhere!!! I came to this location and on every time except one when this funny guy who served me well spoke and assist, but after that none of these females that work in here speak to but they do speak everyone else that comes in here.. secondly I do make purchases even though that happens. But Rachel took the cake of bad customer service.

I unfortunately didn’t catch the names of anyone working this day, but everyone there was so pleasant and kind. Wonderful customer service. I went in not knowing what I wanted and the gentleman cashing me out had so much patience and answered all my questions. I had ordered a drink without a certain ingredient, and when they accidentally made it with said ingredient and I let them know, one of the ladies immediately remade my drink with no problem and even gave me a bigger size. These employees were very kind, patient, and just all around great at what they do.

I ordered a few drinks before closing and they tasted terrible, I ordered a white chocolate macadamia cream cold brew and I could tell they didn’t care because it was missing the toppings, the cold cream wasn’t anything but bubbles- disappointed in this Starbucks service. I get it you wanna go Home but when a customer pays and tips you- the drink so be great. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
