I ordered a head while on a time schedule... I entered at the time scheduled time... The building was not busy inside or the drive thru.(see photos). Some how I still had to wait about 10mins. No other orders where even at the pick up area... Total 25 mins from the time the order was placed online... The guy was friendly but that doesn't replace my lost time. The coffee was ok, Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Why do yall do this. We order 2 drinks and this what I get. I waited to get home so I could enjoy my at home with my wife. I noticed the cup was really light and I find this. Next time I will be checking before I leave. The coffee is way too expensive to get a cup barely over half full. The staff demonstrates a pattern of lack of time management skills and the service skills to explain this to customers. My drink is frequently 10-15 minutes behind pick up time and staff laughs when you ask why. Manager displayed no signs of customer training or staff management skills. Avoid this location. The pace of people coming through the doors and the drive through is incredibly fast and the workers are keeping up solely through an organized system between the employees and a positive attitude. The stream of customers did not stop for hours and they kept up through the stress of it all and still gave smiles and thank you’s to every customer. It is a little overwhelmed of a space to work in though I will say but that’s no one’s fault except the limitation of the space. These workers deserve many praises for their hard work and commitment to customer service — oh and my drink was great :-) Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Caleb was sooo sweet! I had a problem where my oline order got sent to the wrong store and he helped me figure everything out tremendously! I get anxious ordering in person and he made me feel relaxed! Great service will definitely come back again! Service: 5

The line in the drive thru the last couple times has been horribly slow, like today. I've seen different employees that make me think it's only some of them who make this terrible service! And of course my coffee is terrible as well. I won't come back to this location anymore. Food: 1 Service: 1

This Starbucks is normally very fast, but today I had the worst experience. I was there at 4:10 pm and I had a specific order done through the app. I was already in line for 35 minutes, and when I pulled up to the window the male employee was extremely rude. He looked at me and said that I was “sampling all of the milks in the store”. He was implying that my order was too complex. While it wasn’t standard menu, Starbucks has always made it with no issues. I felt that this employee was rude and did not respect me or my time either. I was disappointed to say the least by the condescending attitude. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Second day this week I've been served $6 drinks with no coffee (shots). Just straight milk or a lukewarm Americano. First time I had time to walk in and just asked for the shots on top. Today I did not have time to be stopping and walking in just to have eyes rolled at me. This location is going downhill.

Have had a few problems with online orders with this location, each time they eventually resolved the issue. Drive thru times are great always keeping it steady moving through. Drinks are always delicious and they have great customer service with smiling faces.

I am a huge fan of Starbucks don’t get me wrong. I absolutely love it. However, this one particular location I’ve lived by for two years, and they have yet to make a drink exactly how I’ve asked it. I try not to make a big deal about it. I drink it, I go about my way. It’s just frustrating because every time I ask for something, it’s extra pay. So basically I’m not getting my money’s worth.
