The person who works at 3:30 on Sat is really rude and no enthusiasm at all. Taste is also little bit waterly. I ordered two drinks online and both of them are chestnut praline things. But he just didn't put cream and topping on them. So I asked him and his reaction is like 'stop bothering me'. I gave him one drink and then he ordered me take the lid off. And he never ask about another drink. He never say sorry as well. What a nice staff member! Service Take out Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Seems the quality is going down hill. The ham and cheese baguette was greasy and had one slice of ham. I ordered through the app and was already back at work when I noticed. My drink was not made as I ordered and it was not complex. I'll go into harvest market next time where I always receive good service. Terrible, slow service. Frequent mistakes and delays. Average (at best) friendliness & customer service. Too many other cafes in the city (in the immediate area, even!) to waste your time and money coming here. It’s a Starbucks, and not even a very good one. You’re not going to miss out much by skipping this store. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

My drink was to be made by 1:33pm. I have been sitting in this Cafe since 1:26pm. 15 minutes after my drink was to be made by, I asked about it. The girl said she would look for it, but continued to work on other drinks. Finally 23 minutes after my drink was to be made by, I ask if I can get my money back to go to another location. Someone else stepped in and looked up my drink, claims it was made and someone took it. (I feel like that's wrong because I've been sitting here since before the "made by" time.) Next time I will just use a different location even if I am on this side of town. Because they wasted too much of my time. On the plus side, the girl who stopped what she was doing to look on the tablet for my order and then proceeded to make it, made it correctly. So there's that. Price per person $1–10 Service: 1

I'm not a fan of Starbucks but this place was pretty well-lit inside with natural light. It seems like about 50 people can fit inside. It's not a cozy place, it's more of a sleek, modern, open look. There are always long lines in the drive-thru.

Venti was actually a grande...what the heck? Shrinkflation half filled drinks -All of them, and always out of oatmilk and refreshers! At these prices, complete products please. who's ordering consumption supplies, inventory?? 🙄

Closed by 5:30 yet still says open on the app. Someone was walking out and someone else had just ordered through drive through so seemed to be an unprofessional last minute decision with NO SIGN on the drive through

Of course the coffee is good and of course it is very expensive. Their food is meh and clearly frozen and brought in for the most part. I WAS a regular. I work extremely close by and I used to stop in almost daily and spend my money on coffee, breakfast, and tumblers. However, I mostly stopped patronizing Starbucks due to this location. I almost always placed a mobile order of the exact same thing (cold brew w/ sweet cream and a lot of sweetener) and would pick it up on my way into work. On numerous occasions (too many to count on both hands), I would taste my coffee and it would taste stale or clearly lack both the sweet cream and sweetener that I pay extra for when I order. And not a SINGLE time did any of these employees, who did greet me every single time I entered, ever warn me they were out of something when prepping my drink or ask if I’d like a substitute. I can also say it was rare for them to appear to be “out of stock” of my usuals when placing a mobile order, but I am unsure if that is due to any failure on their end. Even now, I try every now and then to maybe see if I can grab a coffee from here and it NOT absolutely suck and end up in the trash, and every time I’m upset I even gave it a shot. It’s just disheartening and disappointing to spend a lot of time and money on a big name company like this and be proven to be “just a consumer”.
