**updating 2/3/24 - absolutely awesome experience. Friendliness and quick service. Clean and inviting. Nice job! Cashiers extra friendly. Good food selection. Lobby dirty but it was a Saturday morning so I get it. Reason for 3 stars is lack of friendliness at pickup. They were out of sleeves so I asked her if they had any. With no smile or care she said no. I stood there for a moment waiting for her apology or offer an alternative. She did not. I asked her for another cup and, again with no smile, she gave it to me. This is by far my favorite Starbucks store in Pueblo due to a combination of the partners as well the esthetic of the store itself. I live on the opposite side of town and it's not to say I don't love the other stores and their partners as I've spent a considerable amount of time at each of them, but I choose to spend every weekend morning that I'm in town, here at Highway 50. The employees at this Starbucks were absolutely killing it when I visited on Christmas Eve. They only had one working espresso bar for the entire store and drive thru but they still made it work. I had to wait longer than normal but you could tell the staff were hustling.

Lori in the drive through is always so sweet and full of sunshine! Have been through multiple times over the last few months and she has always given wonderful service when we see her. Thank you, Lori!!

Love this place! Hwy 50 starbucks is awesome, so helpful and friendly. The drive thru is the worst but it's always worth it. We recently found the best drink...if you enjoy sweet, tastey cold coffee...a venti triple blonde espresso with 5 pumps of white chocolate mocha a splash of half and half and Irish cream cold foam...it's so great and less then 5 bucks. Got my ordered wrong..no one in store or drive thru workers standing around talking till I ordered and had to wait 10 minutes to get drink because online orders starting c9ming in..very rude when I got my drink..never go back to that store again Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
