When verifying my mobile order a female employee made the stupid comment "great she only placed this order 3 minutes ago" and didn't think I heard it. Because of that I no longer feel comfortable going to this location ever again. What happened to good customer service???? Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ive never had any issues with my order at this location. They've always gotten it correct whether I walk in or order ahead through the app. The store is always clean and the atmosphere is welcoming. Their drive thru lane is always relatively quik which is great for me bc im always late to get somewhere but can't go anywhere without my latte first! Employees have always been friendly and upbeat. Not sure why there's bad reviews, maybe those people have complicated orders or something. 10/10 recommend Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went through the drive-thru. This was on a weekday around 9:00 a.m. Pretty fast service, but then again it really was after the huge morning rush hour so I really didn't expect to wait the 15 to 20 minutes as per usual. Or maybe this location just has it together more than most? Coffee was up to standard. Would definitely visit again. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 4

My fiancé was picking up my mobile order today 1/22 at 7:45 am and heard the baristas clearly make fun of my order to other coworkers as they sat it down. (I get an iced espresso in a venti so I can add my own protein shake to it). It is 2024 and we’re still being nasty and judging others? Will never patronize this location again. Do better. Service: 1

I ordered a drink and 90% of the glass was full of ice, I drank about 5cc of juice, very bad, what they did was sell me ice in winter :)

I was having a bad day and I ordered my coffee to the wrong location and Adrian was sooo nice and said he would make it for me there. It was such unexpected kindness at a point in my day I was feeling overwhelmed and that couple of seconds he took to make my beverage in front of me on the fly even asking how much oat milk was so special. The gesture was so small for him but it made my day lol. I literally cried a little as I wrote this. Thank you Adrian. Service Take out Price per person $1–10

See picture. Either this location underfills their drinks, or all the other locations I go to tops them up. I didn't drink anything, and the drink hasn't been sitting. There's also an attitude from one of the employees, thought I'd give it another try because I've had bad experiences here before in the morning, but no, not worth it! I’m not a true Starbucks fan however, I do like one beverage in particular. And for this I go to any one of the many locations and it’s always the same and always good. Never disappoints. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
