This place is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. When you enter this place, you notice the exotic atmosphere. Very slow on making drinks, I had to wait 25 minutes just for 1 drink. The parking lot at this location is awful, the parking is right where the line for the drive through is so cars get blocked by everyone waiting in line for the drive though, not a great design. Other than that drink was made correctly, food is good, and staff was very nice. Yesterday afternoon, I waited 30 minutes for a simple food order that was a sandwich and croissant. It turned out the staff was too busy socializing with another customer to realize that my order included food, one of which was a just an unheated croissant. They refused to give the croissant to me until he was finally done with the rest of the order. I just wanted to give it to my son while we continued to wait for the sandwich. When I returned to the counter, the person making my food was posing for photos that another customer was taking of him. It was so incredibly rude and dismissive. My mother and I waited an entire half hour after ordering for our food only to realize all the staff forgot entirely. One of them even clocked out before they gave us our food, and worst of all the guy who I guess was supposed to be making our food was busy flirting with some girl and getting her number. At least they got us our drinks on time. Service: 1

Incredibly slow service - waited 30 minutes for an iced chai and a black iced tea. Got the sense that the baristas were understaffed and I don’t think it’s their fault, but the service/ management of this location really needs to improve. It’s crazy to wait that long for a couple of coffees. While we waited, several mobile orders came out and were sitting, melting, the entire time we were there. Part of the problem may be the prioritization of mobile orders versus people physically standing in the store. Anyway, hopefully it gets better because it’s a conveniently located Starbucks.

This Starbucks sucks!!! They consistently mess up my drink and even after they offer to change it the drink is still messed up some how. I’m also charged on average $1.50 more then derby or Bridgeport. Also, I don’t think they use Starbucks serving standards because the amount of cream they put in their coffee is ridiculous. Just very upsetting to wait 15 mins for coffee and pay 7 bucks to have your drink screwed up. Food: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Most slow service to ever exist. Maybe instead of hiring people with blue hair that don’t know to to make coffee or work a drive thru you should hire people with the capabilities of making those things don’t you think? Starbucks sucks everywhere you go. Especially here. Instead of being woke learn how to be efficient with your work. Waited 15 mins for a bacon egg and cheese the size of my fist and a small coffee. Writing this as I wait in the drive through (it’s been 25 minutes and only 4 cars have been in front of me). This happens everyday- what could possibly be going on in there for it to take this long? I’ve never experienced this at any other location

Typically very busy location. I’ve experienced inconsistent specialty drink orders. Parking & drive-thru are poorly laid out. Staff & baristas are very friendly however! I’ll just stick to getting my tall black when I need a fix… Service Take out Meal type Brunch Price per person $1–10

Terrible service and very dirty. I ordered a sugar cookie frap and they gave me the wrong thing… ok no big deal, i tell them, and they remake it. Took atleast 10min for them to remake it… the girls are in back the back laughing and playing with my remade drink (fooling around) as im waiting in a rush! Place is also very unclean and unorganized. There was flys in the food display!! Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person $10–20

Mint mocha frap tatstes great but is very sweet. If you have sweet tooth then its the way to go... Starbucks location is great though.
