Use the app to place the order ahead of time. Easley walked-in, grabbed the order off the counter, and sat down. Drinks were hot so was the cinnamon coffee cake. Excellent experience with this Starbucks today! They were also playing some good mellow music while we sat there and enjoyed our drinks. Enjoy! Politely asked them to top off my espresso with oat milk because they must have missed the extra oat milk on my ticket, and they replied back with “it’s stealing from the company we can’t” I even paid a little bit extra for it and I promise I spend enough money at Starbucks to ask for a little bit of oat milk lol. The Johnstown Starbucks and staff is so much better they have went above and beyond every time if they mess something up. I swear every time I go to this location they never give me what I paid for. Once again no whip or Carmel drizzle. Will be going to the other Starbucks from now on. Customer service is nice but not wasting my money anymore.

This is my go to Starbucks every time! All the staff are very personable and show much patience while dealing with customers, good and bad. It nice to see such professionalism in this day and age. Shout out to manager, Bri! She patiently explained several of the new coffees to me, making suggestions and has now got me hooked on a cold brew! Something I never thought I’d like!!! I really love the grilled cheese sandwich. The baristas seem to take care and make sure that your drink is ready all with the happy smile to serve it. It has been my experience that if something is wrong with your order they are more than happy to make sure to do all in their power to correct it.
