Manager just stands around not helping when they have 10+ people waiting for coffee. Everyone just talking with their hands instead of talking while working it’s only one or the other. Literally 40 min of an hour lunch spent waiting. Starbucks is losing it here. Should never take 39 min for a drink. Just 1 drink Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
