Coffee was good, a literal 5 minutes and none came in intercoms and I heard them do the car in front of us. Pulled on up to the window, and then they said their interview had issues, if that was true, someone should have come out and told the line of cars this. With that said, the young man at the window and the lady running the show right then were very nice, so thank you for them. Food: 5 Service: 3

Ordered the bacon egg and sausage wrap. 95% egg and cheese. One piece of bacon at the bottom. Never ordering food from here again. My husband got coffee spilled on him at the drive thru window and the barista said she couldn’t throw his napkins away after he cleaned himself. She said there was a dumpster in the front of the store that we could throw it away in. We drove forward but we forgot one of our drinks inside. My husband went inside to grab his drink and another customer handed it to him…what kind of service is that? So the barista can refuse to throw trash away but will allow another customer to touch our drinks? We even gave a tip. Do better, Starbucks. Typical Starbucks. Easy parking. Busy but friendly staff. Easy exit. Good is OK, some options are better than others. It's good for a quick stop. The Starbucks App is my least favorite, primarily since I can't set a pickup time. That's inconvenient when I'm driving and need to pull over to submit my order 10-15 minutes before I'll arrive ... Me and my mother and my children went into the store after shopping last night and ordered 4 drinks. We received 2 and neither came as they were suppose to so they fixed those and sat there for 20 extra minutes and had to get up and ask where our other 2 drinks were and the guy proceeds to act like he has no idea and proceeds to tell me someone must have stolen our drinks but we were the only ones in store. So while they are supposedly making those we order 4 cake pops! The girl does NOT get them and takes several customers orders that walked in! We still waiting for drinks get those wait several More minutes I had to get up again to tell them give me my order bc I want to LEAVE the cashier looks at us dumb then another guy in there gets them!! This was the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I've ever experienced! Every worker in there seemed incompetent will not be back Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Dirty facility with questionable customer service. Cashier interrupted to have a mini side conversation with another customer -_- see attached pics of place. Coffee tasted as expected tho.

They run out of items frequently.. but the attitude is always available. Order ahead to ensure or run the risk of waiting in line to be told “unfortunately”. Love Starbucks, just pick your Starbucks wisely. Meal type Breakfast Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
