During my recent visit to the Starbucks on N 9th Street in Broken Arrow, I found my experience to be less than satisfactory. Right from the start, I noticed a lack of acknowledgment from the staff upon entering. A simple greeting or acknowledgment of a customer's presence can significantly impact the overall atmosphere, and unfortunately, that was lacking during my visit. The primary issue I encountered revolved around the inconsistency in preparing my favorite drink, the caramel macchiato. On different occasions, I received my beverage at varying temperatures and with different flavor profiles, ranging from cold and flavorless to piping hot and delightful. The lack of a consistent experience was disheartening, especially considering the reputation of a well-known chain like Starbucks. Furthermore, the inconsistency extended to the quantity of the beverage, as my cup was not filled to its capacity. This inconsistency in both drink preparation and presentation implies a potential lapse in attention to detail and quality control. I offer this review as constructive feedback for the Starbucks team on N 9th Street. Consistency in both service and product quality plays a pivotal role in retaining customer loyalty. I sincerely hope that these concerns are addressed, and improvements are made to ensure a more positive and uniform experience for all patrons. Service: 2

I’m not one to write a negative review typically, but this location is truly hit or miss. This morning I came through the drive thru around 5am and asked for an iced caramel macchiato with very light ice, and they filled over half of my cup with ice, and my drink didn’t taste very sweet after adding 6 pumps of extra syrups. I come here multiple times a week, and there is an obvious inconsistency between the drinks made by day shift, and the drinks made by night shift. Every time I come in the evenings, they make my drink correct and it taste the same every time. I get charged the same total every time. But when it comes to morning shift, my drink never taste right. It taste different every time I come in the morning time. Not only that, but the morning shift always gives me a different total for my drink each time I come. I get the same drink each time, same size. But yet some days it’ll be a whole dollar more. Doesn’t make sense. I hope this store can get their shifts to be more consistent and on the same page because I try to avoid coming in the mornings now. Service Take out

This branch by far is my favorite!! I always come really early and every single staff member is so sweet and kind!! My drink is always made right and tastes amazing to boot every single time 🥰 I highly recommend coming here for a drink! They're Tomato and Mozzarella on Focaccia is delicious as well, it's my favorite thing to eat there! Wishing y'all the best!! Gave me and my family food posioning. We only went because there was a deal that day, but I honeslty dont think we will ever go to a starbucks again, and not just because of this. There's so many other high quality coffee places.
