It didn’t start off well, but CORY saved this review. I walked in and didn’t get a greeting. I took pictures and made videos. Before I started communication with Cory. Who was at the register with a customer that came in after me. I asked him if it was their policy to not greet customers and he said no. I explained I wasn’t greeted and he apologized and helped me figure out what drinks I wanted. He made my drinks and they were yummy. The restrooms needed some cleaning and the manager Lauren could have been a little more friendly when asking me; are you waiting for something? AND why are you recording? I explained for a review of her establishment. For this location to be near the Mall of Georgia I expected better customer service. Maybe next time! Thanks CORY

This particular Starbucks has a habit of getting orders wrong. They are nice enough but having to tell them 4 times what I ordered and wait for them to remake it twice, frustrating. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Service: 3
