Horrible long wait times for one drink and one cake pop. Line is wrapped around the building. Nasty trash all over the kitchen floor. Disgusting needs to be swept and mopped. Staff walking over the trash. Trash cans over flowing. Staff pushing trash down in the trash cans to make room and making drinks at the same time. Asked when will the cake pop be ready considering all they have to do is put it in a dang bag and hand it to me. Was responded with an attitude that they didn't know and the food was separate or something that didn't make sense. Rude and dirty. Never again Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

For the second time in the last 3 weeks, I've been waiting for over 40 minutes for one simple beverage?! Even ordered ahead of time on the app. This is ridiculous and unacceptable.
