The staff at this location always seem to have an attitude whenever I go here. I get a Frappuccino once a week on the day I work 13 hours at my job. The last few times I’ve gotten one it has had an EXCESSIVE amount of caramel in it, but this time was just ridiculous. I get Starbucks employees “don’t like making Frappuccinos”… but like I said I go there once a week for my one thing I “splurge” on and they do this. It’s just unnecessary and unacceptable to do passive aggressive things to paying customers who ask for extra caramel. Especially when you keep raising the prices of things to begin with. So thanks for ruining my drink and making my morning terrible. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I've found my new starbucks for working during the week! Everyone has been super friendly - the drive thru is fast and both people I interacted with today were so pleasant. I use the app and scan it to pay at the register but there isn't a way to tip on that?! How crazy - these people deserve these tips. Corporate needs to change that!! Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I have been coming to this store for 7 years. It has had its ups and downs. It has had a number of really good people work here. I have known Greg for a number of years - he is always smiling and having fun. My order is usually being made by Barqlyn when he sees me walk in the door. Great place to unwind or wind up - whatever the case may be. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

Manager named Jake was amazing, I came in to ask about an issue I had at another location and even thought it was not his issue to solve he was super helpful and nice. I really appreciated he took the time to help me sort out my issue from the other store and even offered to give me something off the menu for free. we had family from out of town and decided to take them for coffee here to enjoy a warm Sunday. When we entered we took a minute to look at the menu once ready we were ready to order no one greeted us even though they looked at us or even they should have mentioned will be right with you I understand they were busy but at least greet customers. They seemed rude and when they called our order I said Thank you to the girl handling our drinks and she totally ignored us again rude. After ordering a coffee and two food items I received my coffee but then it took 10 minutes and asking two different people before someone would get them. Besides the guy that helped me everyone else that was working there looked someone had just shot their dog in front of them. They could not have been less interested in doing their job. The baristas are either incredibly nice or incredibly toxic. No one knows how to actually make the drinks, whipped cream is always left off when I order the holiday drinks when they're advertised with whip. The barista argued with me that it is always on the drink but when it was handed to me there wasn't any. My drink was made ASAP 🥰 (was about the only positive thing on this visit) but the bathrooms need desperate help 🫣🤦🏻‍♀️ The people behind the counter seemed sad or mad to be there….absolutely NO smiling faces or anything, not even talking amongst themselves-nada. Jake at the front counter didn’t greet anyone with a smile or anything like that (there was like 3 or 4 people in line including myself) More like a 🙄🙄 This location is ALWAYS packed (parking is always full and so is the drive thru 🤦🏻‍♀️). I am a partner at a different Starbucks here in Denver and have had nothing but bad experiences when i’m at this location! I usually would never write a bad review especially for a company I love and work for, but the baristas at this store have no customer service skills. When going through the drive thru, i have been criticized TWICE for “being a partner and not bringing a personal cup for my water.” 1. only participating stores allow personal cups in the drive 2. I don’t think any guest (fellow partner or not) needs to justify why they didn’t bring a personal cup. Today, however, was my last straw (no pun intended) I went and got a Trenta iced water with extra ice and a lemon loaf and was greeted by the RUDEST man in the drive thru. Greeted might be too strong a word because this barista didn’t say ONE word to me. As a partner I understand baristas have bad days especially when you’re stuck in the window, but I felt so looked down upon and burdenizsed. This is a pretty great location. It makes coffee just like every other Starbucks, but what sets it apart is that it's open later than most Starbucks, and no joke, a guy named Greg who works the drive thru adds a really great touch.
