Located near the entrance to the airport. Just like any Starbucks outlet, good coffee options. They used to sell dark chocolates, which was very good. If you like chocolate chips, Java Chip is good. You can have it without caffeine too. Choc is also an option without caffeine. This store also have seats outside. Can be crowded. Encountered an unfriendly barista (Azmi) who treated customers as if they were begging for service. Unpleasant experience, never expect such services from starbuck employee. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

As a customers some has ‘leceh’ requests. Not totally ‘leceh’ just a minor request. But dont you ever try provoke the others customers and environment. Have some f.respect and f.attitude with the f.environment. Service: 1

Hye I order Carmel match with chocolate cheeps..but didn't get Carmel syrup also When I tell no put Carmel means she tell already put edy but I see nvr put my question why say cheat?? Many times I come order edy not happening like this ..but today happened is so bad for me 😞 and morning she no respect also ..pls response people who come to drink thank you .. The worst starbucks ever in my life. The staffs here are extremely rude and very unkind. They ruined my happy mood for long waited trip in the airport by his very cold attitude and rude way of talking. Never go to this one. 😡 I guarantee your day will be totally ruined. Price and taste is standard, however the service is great! That barista offered me beg to help me because i was struggle carry my stuff. Even the cafe is open concept, it’s still comfortable place to chitchat. The seats will be always full because people will come before and after their flights.

Poor service and rude counter staff. Very disorganized, 2 staff asked me the same question about my order, not sure who is manning the counter. Then while waiting they both just gestured very impatiently and rudely asking me to wait and be patient. Was dumb founded because all I did was just standing there with my phone waiting to make payment without saying anything. Not the Starbucks experience I expect at all. The barista was the only one that delivered the drinks and service properly. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person RM 1–20
