I got back to this crazy country of my birth and it never surprises how the service levels and pride of work has taken a downfall. You show up 7 minutes before opening in the cold and the lady tells you we open up in 9 minutes and you can't come in. She goes, locks the door and let's you wait outside shivering whilst looking through the window at the warm room and imagining a hot cup of coffee. I don't know whether to laugh or to cry. T-minus 1 minute... 59, 58, 57, 56, 55.... Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
