I love Steak 'n Shake when I'm traveling I'll usually stop at this location but I definitely will not anymore. This location has taken personal experience out of the picture and now you have to order from a kiosk. There's no one around to really help and you have to waive somebody down when something is not right like a cold hamburger and cold fries. When they gave us the order they did not tell us which one did not have the mayonnaise and we had to ask for hot fries and we got money back on drinks because they didn't have very much to choose from. The floor in front of the soda machine was so wet someone could have slipped and fallen so not very clean. Wow it's so inviting to be able to speak to a kiosk instead of a person ...... And you want me to tip you ?? Where is my tip for having to punch in my own order????? Service Dine in Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
