Not only should The Butterfly Palace be visited, but also Steak 'n Shake. Based on the visitors' opinions, waiters offer perfectly cooked melt sandwiches, double burgers and steak and fries here. Clients may order tasty chocolate burgers and good blueberry pancakes at this fast food. Delicious milkshakes or great chocolate milk are worth trying here. A lot of reviewers think that employees are cool here. If you want to experience professional service, you should go to Steak 'n Shake. But a number of people who use Google didn't give this place a high rating.

Had a late lunch here on a Sunday. Plenty of tables open, while we had attempted Mel's Hard Luck dinner that is closed on Sunday and then tried Cakes and Cream line was out the door and no seating. Steak n Shake came through for us. Food was great, quick easy ordering. Kids meals are a GREAT price. I had the #1 and a Reeses shake. Floors could use a good steam cleaning. Prices are great but this place is terrible. Steak n Shake used to be one of my favorite places but it's a shell of what it once was. No more table service, no more real plates, minimized menu. I would prefer that they have higher prices with higher quality and better service. This location is particularly bad. My husband and I came here to eat an early lunch and the people were a bit rude and got our shake specifications wrong. Lady in front was okay for the most part. We were the first customers of the day so there was no reason for them to be getting it wrong. I’ve worked good service before. It’s not hard to remember specific orders from 2 people when they are the first and ONLY customers in the building. This place is very clean and the service was quick. Prices seemed a little higher than other locations, but we are in Branson. The portion size of the french fries were huge. I ordered a regular french fry and got an entire basket. This is a great place to visit with families and the kids love it. At most locations, you can get a cheeseburger and fry for less than $5. Thirty minutes waiting in the drive thru for two burgers and fries is unacceptable. Then, the order we received was completely wrong. Thankfully we checked the bag before leaving the parking lot. This restaurant used to have great service. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Best deal on burger and fries anywhere. Back again 4/1/2018, service was fine. Waitress brought refills without asking. Best shakes. Back again 9/29/2018, burgers and fries still good.

What a joke we had lunch at steak and shake on 376. The food was cold, unseasoned. You had to do everything no more personal touch like a witness that took care of your needs. Then ask for a tip.. Don't think so, I have to clean the table, pick up our food and toss my trash away. Almost thought I was at McDonald's Their food is a little bit better. Worst place we have eaten in a long time. This is not what it use to be. This location is like McDonalds. Order at the checkout, got to get your own drink sit and wait to get up and go get your food. Not the classic dinner feel that I use to know and love at this location and it was my sons first time here none of the hats or friendly greetings. Food is still good if you’re still looking for there great food. But, not all the choices you use to get. Plane and simple. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
