The food is standard for the franchise, actually better than some of the other outlet I have visited. Service is friendly and efficient. Only downside is the size of the eating area. It foes get busy at times with four shops in one alley. Take away meals is no problem, but visitors from other areas may find sitting down to enjoy their meals during busy times slightly uncomfortable. Not what I expected. I ordered the bacon and cheese burger with chips. It was dry and I am still hungry. Could've done better for less at KFC.

Oh such bad service. I cancelled an order due to different locations and I haven't been refunded and it's been 20 days of struggling with them only for a refund. And I'm still waiting Service: 1

A good Steers branch but the service is not always consistent. Last time I placed an order on the application. When going to collect my meal, the order was "ready" but missing two burgers. I thereafter waiting another 30min to get my full order. The burgers and chips that were made earlier were cold when I got home. I should have sent those items back. Service Take out
