Pre ordered food.. I was given a time to collect I arrived 5 min after time..order was not ready. Had to wait another 20 min..order was never processed. When I entered, I went to stand by collection ..they way I was handled in terms of my enquiry to why I was waiting there was not done in a efficient or Profesional customer service manner..being shouted questions from a distance is not my expectation of good service. Customer service is great, the cashier was friendly. However I waited close to 30 minutes for my order and it was not busy at that time. However, I must be fair because I ordered a lot of things. I must note that the shop is not that clean, improvement is needed, for example even the keyboard has dust. Additionally, it would be great if they can make provision for toilets, but again the staff was friendly and they asked staff from Debonairs next door to allow my kids to use their restrooms. The unfortunate thing is they forgot to give me serviette, and imagine the mess I created while driving. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person R 500+

Worst service ever I don’t know why i keep going back to this Steers. The wait to be served is the longest ever all the time. Aren’t the staff meant to wear plastic gloves or use tongs when preparing our burgers? Why is the staff here using hands? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I've been getting the worst service from the staff ,but today was worse ,they laugh loudly Infront of customers . I had to wait for them to chit chat and once they were done ,the lady came to grill my chicken and the guy who had been chit chatting made her wait while he was cleaning it , The guy who served me asked him why are you only cleaning it now and from his body language I could read a response that said "She must just wait" Rude!! Waited 10 minutes to be served whilst the employees were looking at me and doing what they were doing. Waited 25 minutes just to get 2 ice creams and this is unacceptable honestly
Had to cancel my order the service is bad calling each other playful after a few minutes i wanted my order they did not have it. 😡😡😡 The way i was craving cheesy chip
I have contacted the link the owner sent below. It’s been over a week now and nothing has been done, no phone call, email nor text from steers. So for me and my family Steers Greenfields is a no go area moving forward. Was sold a beef burger instead of a vegetarian burger. When I asked for the correct order to be sent to my house, I was told to use my own petrol. On Tuesday evening I ordered a sharing meal at steers and asked for one of the king steers to be vegetarian. Both the king steers were meat, when my daughter ate her smaller burger she complained that it wasn’t meat. That’s when I the vegetarian in the house realised I was half way through the wrong burger. I called the store and they said their manager would sort it out the next day. I said the least they can do is exchange the child’s burger tonight because she won’t eat, and refer the vegetarian who ate meat case to the manager the following day. The gut said I must bring the order to the store, I asked if they can please come pick it up from my house. He said I had come there myself, and I must come again myself. I asked him for the managers number because I was in utter disbelief. I called the manager, she said she will get the store to bring my child a new burger. She will check the cameras the next day and get back to me as to what happened with the vegetarian burger. And how I ended up eating meat. She never called me, today I call the store and ask to speak to her. She says she forgot to get back to me, but I was never meant to be sold a vegetarian meal in a sharing option to begin with, so I told her the teller was in proxy of that decision not me. She added that because I has eaten the meat option she can’t replace my order, all she can say is sorry. So I asked why did she say she will get back to me if all she had to say is sorry. She said I had only said I needed the child’s order replaced. Which is a lie, she had said she’ll investigate and get back to me the following day. So I say to her it’s fine if they won’t fix my vegetarian order at this point I want no more food from them, can they refund my money. She said not when you’ve eaten, you should have never eaten ( how was I to know I was eating poison, they fed me meat! And are unapologetic about it) I asked her for the steers head office complaints number she said I must go on Facebook or twitter. I ask her if there’s no number to call, she said no because I don’t have these apps she mentioned. She said no, I asked her for the store owners number, She continued to say I must stop being silly and wasting their time. Her name is Kuhle, at steers Greenfields. The chips had minimal salt and some where not properly cooked. The salted caramel milkshake was disgusting. The person making it didn't know the proper measurements. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
