Came in for lunch on a Tuesday wasn’t crowded. Good fresh made food, affordable prices in a beautiful setting. The service is great. It takes some time to get your food but everything is so fresh the flavor is worth the wait. They only take Portuguese credit card so bring cash!

Good service and pleasant place… but unfortunately the food itself was very disappointing. It felt like the dishes were reheated and because of that served almost cold, by no means it was actually prepared on the spot. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person €25–30

It was amazing experience. I am vegetarian and I do not eat meat or fish and they prepared omelette with potatos. Food was really good and taste. Would recommend 100% Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person €10–15

We went to have lunch today and even if the food and service were good, they don’t accept card international payment as Visa or Mastercard. My husband had to go around after lunch to look for a withdrawal machine. This service is totally unacceptable for a restaurant like this one and for a city whose main economy is tourism Price per person €20–25 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes Codfish

I can make better bachalau com natas at home. Way better. We had to wait for it over 30 mins. As usual, nobody seemed to have a problem 😂 it's just something normal to got to a restaurant and wait 40 min for the food Price per person €10–15

Hands down the best tuna steak I've ever eaten. Delicious fish soup as well. My friends ordered squid risotto and shrimps on a stick and loved it as well. Well worth the 2 hour drive to the seaside, and very affordable considering the quality of food and the elegant ambient. (The veg soup was apparently nothing special, neither was the omelette - but if you love sea food, this is the place to go.) The trick is that the English menu is much shorter on the fish side, so make sure to get the Portuguese one! The only weird thing was that the toilets had no toilet seats, which was quite bizarre and icky compared to the elegance of the place. But honestly the food was so good and reasonably priced that they still get 5+ stars.

A very nice restaurant. The food, not gourmet style, is always very honest and tasty, following the tradicional way of cooking. The service is usually fast and very good. The prices are always lower than the average, giving tje place one of the best quality to price ratio. The restaurant is siting just by the local church, so if you have the time, you should visit it.
