I visited this place as recommended by my tour guide as one of the typical local old-school restaurants. I would rate it 5/5 for decorations and all the displays. This place could easily pass as a historical museum with a huge collection of symbols and objects on display. There is also a TV inside playing old Soviet movies with English subtitles, which was entertaining to watch while having lunch. The food was rated 2/5, and the service was the same, but maybe this was due to the fact that I do not speak the local language? The place was quite popular among locals, with many people having lunch there, so I would recommend visiting, but perhaps consider just having dessert? Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

Soviet style canteen with affordable and decent food and lots of relics from the Soviet era. While the food may not necessarily draw visitors, it is at least worth a visit for the atmosphere and the relics now used as decorations. A very unique canteen in Soviet-communist design. Simple food, very cheap prices. The feeling is of a bunker from another time period. Very cool Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

This is a self service underground restaurant. The prices are low and the people are nice. Communicating in English wasn't easy, but they really tried to help. The decoration is from the Soviet Union era, an authentic one. The food was good, but when I was there, late noon, there wasn't much variety. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Great local food, nice Soviet vibe and you will most likely be the only tourist with locals 😁
