Brought my Grandma in for dinner, it was a cold rainy Taranaki evening but we had the most devine time! Seated outside under the warm patio heaters, we were absolutely welcomed by our server Scott and his great hospitality and customer service. Made our night truly memorable! The food was delicious and the drink (Lemon, Lime and Bitters!) was served timely and with sensational taste! An awesome evening! Visited mid Saturday afternoon so kitchen was closed but cabinet and bar food available. Wedges were reasonable and nicely presented, nachos were underwhelming for price. Asked twice for water and staff seemed a little uninterested in serving us. Great iced drinks and booth was nice and cosy. We are up from Kaiapoi just outside of Christchurch and joined my sister and niece and their friends for a bingo fundraiser. Had dinner first. I ordered my personal favourite which I have tried at many places.. Thai beef salad. I have to say it was the best I have ever had! The meat was juicy and tender with a wonderful hit of spice. Fresh salad and crunchy noodles. Would absolutely recommend. Superb service and a great friendly atmosphere. Nice space outside to sit, both covered section and uncovered. Giant Connect 4 game for the kids and dog friendly! A great spot on a sunny day... ☀️ Food was tasty, staff were nice and we'd come back when next visiting the area.

Hadn't been here in ages. Service was fast and mostly friendly. Kids got great meals. Wedges were huge. I got chicken which wasn't cooked. I ate the salad and boiled potatoes- no staff came to check on our meals. Mentioned it to staff clearing table who was nice about it, until it came to pay no sorry no discount just 1 of our drinks free. So I only had half a meal and paid full price. Won't rush back.
