Twice now I've shown up to pick up my online order (30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready), it said it was ready, and I had to wait 20 plus minutes for my sandwich making me late for work. I order here on days I'm running late and can't make myself lunch. It's pretty annoying. I should also mention it's extremely dirty inside, there are flies, etc. UPDATE MARCH 8 2024 - arrived an hour after my sub was supposed to be ready. It said it was ready online. Once again I had to wait 20 minutes for it, making me late for work again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went into this subway stood for a few minutes with NO service or acknowledgment there was someone goofing off in the back that heard the door bell/alarm going off so I left very unsatisfied. Do your job when there are customers in your place. Update: went here again on 2/28/24 the women who made my sandwich never NO NEVER changed her gloves and touching this and that and never changed her gloves I ended up giving my sandwich away plus the counter where that make the sandwich was dirty and disgusting covered in veggies this place was a health hazard never go here. Ordered my food online and was given notice it was ready for pick up. When I got there, it hadn't even been made yet, I waited an additional 15 minutes for them to make it as they had to finish with the customers they were with. Have done on line ordering twice in s week. First time order was correct. Last night they added Barbara peppers to my my sandwich. I took them off but realized they were the ends with the stems on it. Why would those even be there? I would have just eaten my sandwich with them but couldn't. Not sure if the mistake was because my husband got them on his sandwich. Oh well I'm just happy they are 24 hours open. You will find that at this location they don't believe in "Eat Fresh" - Employee cashed out a customer ahead of me, DID NOT WASH HER HANDS and proceeded to FINISH my sandwich by touch my food GLOVELESS before I stopped her to remind her about food safety. Time and Food was wasted. You will likely be eating fecal matter with as much of her Rear was in plain view for the Line leading out the door - exposing her thong that she kept readjusting. Ordered a sandwich between shifts at work and it came with banana peppers which I didn’t order and am allergic too and was missing chicken (it was a chicken bacon ranch) cheese, mayo, ranch and lettuce.
