Love this subway at 38th and State Ave. Staff friendly and knows my order and other customers orders when they come in. Now that's great personal service Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I'm so torn by my experience.... ordered online and paid, got 3 personal pizzas which I guess they don't sell, was told to call back tomorrow to get a refund on them. I explained I still needed to feed my children who they were for, asked for an exchange instead. They called the manager and he agreed to 3 6 inch in replacement which is fine thats all my kids needed. But the wait for them to call the manager and serve other customers (when I had already paid) took its toll on my food. I got home with my food my husband and my original sandwiches had been put in a brown bags without any wrapper or anything and had basically melted to the bag so you are ripping bag and sandwich apart. It's just a lot of bad and so little good to resolve it....

Yair and Jazmin were the sweetest ever! I was having a bad day and they were the two people that made my day turn around! very patient and made sure to make my complicated order with love! This will definitely be my favorite subway from now on :) Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I was disappointed to find out that the owner doesn't give the employees the tips from the register when you pay with credit card. The employees deserve all there tips. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

I put in an order on the subway app. So when I went to pick up my order that "didn't" have the flatizza due to not having any flatbreads. So I had asked the guy how would I go about getting my money back for the flatizzas. So the guys says go onto the app and there is a place where you can say you didn't receive the food(no place at all). So as they guy is explaining a customer walks in and one of her kids ordered a Flatbread sandwich. They did not tell her that they were out of flat breads and proceeded to pull the flat breads out. So I said okay I see where this is going. So today I went in to talk to a manager. The manager was unavailable and the lady asked why did I need a manager. Upon telling her what had happen she turns to talk to the guy that I was talking to last night(that didn't even try to tell them what was going on). So now they basically got 14$ and some change out of me because nobody knows how to refund me my money. Service Take out Service: 1

This subway is a fine gem compared to the on on SW Blvd. At this subway everything was great. Food, store, employees; but if you go to SW bld and 7th st you will have a different experience because at this subway the rude @$$ lady will tell you you can't gave extra nothing because what's out us all she has and then she'll proceed to make the person behind you's order (a person who is not with you and has a totally different order/ticket) and leave you standing at the register waiting to pay.. all the while being so rude and not too mention it's hotter inside the store then it is outside and it's 100°... This store was a little warm also now that I think of it...subway needs to step up their AC game.. but the food and service were great here...your experience will be very different if you go to SW Blvd and 7th st Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
