Boy has Subway gone down. Not even sure you could call this a meatball sandwich it’s a six inch but since there is an inch at each end without even any sauce let a lone meat or cheese. I know it’s been a long time since I’d had subway but I remember it being way better. I think the pics do a better job describing it than I could. They got my order all wrong. Refused to give me the receipt. Went back the next day. Part of the order was better,but still not right. I ask for banana peppers, I got bell peppers. Ask for double tomatoes on my food long sub. There was 3 slices of tomatoes. Ask for lettuce got just a sprinkle of lettuce. The order was all wrong from start to finish. Very disappointed that I wasted my money on a sandwich I threw away because it was that bad. It was the wrong bread, cold bacon when I asked for it to be warmed up. I wanted just tomato and lettuce for the veggies. I got 2 slices of tomatoes and a very very small amount of lettuce. I I could taste was the bread. Went back a 2nd time and was horrified by what I found. Bugs all over, I didn't notice them at first, it made me want to puke finding one crawling on my sandwich. They gave me a new sandwich which I threw away, how am I supposed to eat it after the previous one. I wanted my money back but I was running late and didn't have time to argue with the workers. The girl here puts everything in clumps and does not spread ingredients across the sandwich (constant battle to have her move items around), pulled the sandwich out of the toaster way too early and the meat was mostly on one side... I will NEVER be back. This is the 4 time so I guess it is my fault... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went to subway a young guy was working,he asked me what do I like I didn’t see the meat area and I told him can I see the meat he said no ?!then I said it is okay I want Philly with white breads,he chose the cheese didn’t even ask me !is it new or ?then I said no salad please I will take it like that,in different language he said something I was like excuse me i didn’t understand I was 100 percent sure he told me bad words I even don’t know why ?! I ignored him then for the pay he said your card doesn’t work I said I am sorry I have money probably something wrong and he got mad on me he said don’t blame me ,I said oh no no I don’t blame you but I think it is gonna take a minute and he was playing with his fingers it means he doesn’t have patient then when I checked my receipt he said it is $31 ,I was like how come I only ordered 2 sandwiches no salad ,he put $6 tip without asking or checking if I want to pay $6 tips ?! I was working very hard that morning and wanted to get a warm sandwich but because of this guy he was so rude to me and very disrespectful towards me i didn’t even had appetite anymore 😞 Service: 1

The trays with the food looked frozen around the edges. The drink had floaties. We discovered it is coming from the ice! They must not have clean their machine. I used a coupon for 2 subs for $12.99. One of the subs only had ham, pepperoni, and cheese and nothing else and they upcharged me $3.20 for pepperoni without telling me it would be more. Very quiet at this location and the sandwiches always taste fresh. They were a bit confused about Coupons etc but we got it sorted and it was a good experience. I got the “monster” and the Philly.

I have not gone to Subway for years and even had a conversation with a friend about how ridiculously overpriced they were and how it wasn't like we remembered it as younger adults. Went at the behest of my son and I'll be honest, the service was awesome but the food was terrible. I have never spent $30 on 3 sandwiches before AND had an urge to throw two of them out immediately.
