They have this new metal cover that covers all the meat. I don’t like that my whole life I had been able to see everything they put on my sub now the meat is cover and can’t see it or my sub until they move to the veggies don’t like that Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

I will never go to Subway again. They have so little meat on them. I bought 2 footings and a six inch and it cost me $38. That’s ridiculous for cold sandwiches. Also the young lady making the subs had to comment on everything I asked for. I know what I want, your thoughts are not needed. Then when I went to pay, the debit machine asks for a tip. $38 for 2 1/2 subs….and now a tip, I don’t think so. What are these companies thinking. This world is insane. I don't know her name. She's the only butch woman there though. She is always, not sometimes; alwaysss disgustingly rude and has a horrible attitude! Never smiles, always in a bad mood, has this smug monotone, "what kind of sandwich do you want!" I can't stand her. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

“Daddy, the sun went down while we were inside” was the first thing my daughter said after the 20 minutes it took to build 4 sandwiches. Cons - Employees recommended 2x that I go to another store because they were out of ingredients - Out of ingredients - Slow making sandwiches (over 20 minutes) - Had to repeat each sandwiches toppings 4x - Wrong topping placed on sandwich anyway - Did not know menu Pro + Food tasted good/fresh I perceive that the morale at this Subway is incredibly low. I do not recommend this Subway, as for me, this was the worst Subway I have ever visited and will not go back. this subway sucks at Litchfield and Waddell. too many times i order using the app; wait 20 min and the apps states the sandwich is ready only to go find out i have to wait another 20 min once i arrive due to idiots working behind the counter. They are too damn slow, & they wipe their foreheads off while making the food sweating. It is really a disgusting slow dirty subway! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Usually really good but lately the lettuce and spinach has been brown and employees have been interesting. This time I had to switch employees cause the guy had a bracelet on that hung into the food containers, and counters tops very unsanitary. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

Picked up 4 sandwiches, NONE of which called for mustard. You got 3 right and RUINED my sandwich by smothering it in mustard!! You had ONE DAMN JOB, read the order and make it right!! Too much to ask I guess!! Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Though this place needs to be renovated and updated the food is Great. The only con is that we've visited and they'll be out of specific items such as meatballs 🤔 Odd right?
