Clean, fast, rarely or never out of things. The only complaint is they sometimes have a ton of high schoolers in there at once taking up all the tables (when school gets out during the semester on weekdays). This location is always clean, the employees are clean, fast & attentive. Anytime I visit the dining room isn't packed. But the staff is fast. You get in & out quickly. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

One of the best subways I have been in. Clean and upscale with comfy seating. The ladies behind the counter were friendly and cheerful, took the time to assemble the sandwich instead of just slapping it together.

The store was clean and all the food was stocked and looked fresh, but the customer service was a little lacking. The lady didn't seem interested at all in what she was doing and made little conversation. Otherwise it was a good experience

I have been to many Subways in different states, Christ is the nicest and kindest Subway staff I have ever met! Also this Subway is very clean and organized!

after walking out of the kemah location for not having ham I walked out of this location for not having cheese, subway is the food chain I know to have constant supply issues however I got a much better sandwich at schlotzsky's, keep up the good work schlotzsky's!

Quality of cold cuts is not very good. The ham and cheese was good but the American club was below par. Appreciated the buy one, get one free footlong offer. Enjoyed the pomegranate vitamin water! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

ALLYSON gave HORRIBLEEE customer service. I watched her talk on her CELL PHONE, in the back where customers could clearly see her, for AT LEAST 5 minutes before even greeting us. She had a bad attitude like she was mad we were there. I came and ordered the EXACT SAME THING as the day prior but for some odd reason she added an extra $1.50 to each sandwich for apparently “cheese” as Allyson stated like she was making up prices. I still have not been given a valid reason why there was an extra $2.50 added to my total price. The sandwich’s were sloppy and cold even though I requested toasted. She did not even provide napkins in my bag, I had to ask for them. This is NOT the first bad experience. EVERY TIME I come to this specific location the staff seem to have a bad and rude attitude like they are upset there are customers AT THEIR OWN JOB.
