Owener goes out of his way to make items as expensive as possiable alternating what is order to incress the price and refuses to give appropriate discounts if you ask. When I tried to use a coupon here, they told me the coupon didn't apply to my sandwiches. However, I've used the same coupon for the same sandwiches at several other Subway's. It really just felt like they were upset I used a coupon. Overall, it was a not great experience getting upcharged for a sandwich that was only so-so. I'd rather go to the Subway on Lockeford Street than come here again Service Take out Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I put in an order through the app and forgot to add mayo. I also requested the to cut the sandwich in 4 pieces. When I realized my mistake I tried to call the store and have them add mayo. No one would answer the phone. When I got to the store, the worker was sitting on her personal cell phone and was rude. I asked her to add mayo and she wanted to give me Mayo packets. I asked her if she could just please put the mayo in my sandwich and she replied, “ wasn’t there an option when you ordered it on line.” I told her yes that I had made a mistake when I ordered. She added the mayo but seemed like it was a big inconvenience for her. I also didn’t get the sandwich cut into 4 pieces as requested. I will never order from this store again. It could have been handled easier if they would just answer the phone. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

Subways had a coupon in the mail that was $5.99 for any footling sandwich. I ordered the pastrami and it was very good. Both taste and value. However if I didn't have the coupon I would not have felt so. The young man that made my sandwich was personable and friendly. An asset to an y sandwich shop!

The employee making sandwiches at this location was not wearing a mask. Preparing food in a purple zone high risk area. This is negligence and a health risk. I hope management takes it seriously. I do not feel safe eating here and will not be returning.

I ordered a chicken teriyaki wrap... First time I'd been here. It was so skimpy. Everywhere else they fill the tray up with meat here it was not even half...I got plenty of wrap not enough stuffing. Added black olives. I got 8.
