I usually come to this location for a quick meal for me and my family. Today when I stopped by it took them a while to take my order which I didn’t mind maybe they were busy at the back I understand. The guy who took my order Isaac I could tell he was not in the mood. I still greeted him. I didn’t get a response. He asked me what kind of sandwich I wanted I gave him my order politely. I said I would like 3 sandwiches 2 ft longs and a 6 inch please. I heard him mumbling but I didn’t hear what he said. I could tell he was upset about something. He asked me what bread I wanted. I said if I could please get plain Italian bread on all sandwiches. He grab them bread from the oven and smack the bread on the cutting board. I asked him if everything was alright. I didn’t get an answer I could tell he was upset about something. So I told him not to worry about my order I walked out and went to the one on league city parkway location. I don’t know what he’s going through why he acted the way he did. I worked in food service industry before. When ever I had family issues going on or I’m going through something. I don’t take it to work I leave them at home. Also if you’re not happy at your work. I believe you should look for something you will be happy doing. I would still go back to this location I just hope isaac would wear his good mood next time he shows up for work. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Today at approx 7pm my wife and son walked in to place an order. My wife observed a foot long sandwich that had been thrown by the employee againnst the wall. Employee had an angry episode for messing up an order. The athmosphere was tense and we decided to leave. Employee was working alone. On anither ocassion,, he overloaded my son's sandwich with ham slices, like 25 of them. Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Every single time I order from here the order is wrong. I asked for more tomatoes. They added none. I asked for more oil and vinegar. They added none. No salt and pepper. If I go into the store to order a sandwich I'm greeted with a bunch of eye rolls and rude kids making my order. Like it's a chore for them to do their jobs. Ridiculous.

Mobile order is always ready but order is always wrong, they do not put time into looking at the details and leave a bunch of stuff off. They burn the bread when toasting it. They have only a few chips to choose from which are the kinds nobody likes. They do not greet you or try to help you. I will drive further to the next one to avoid this location. By far the worst experience I have had at the Subway. I am never had issues until today. When I ordered online I ordered my sandwich toasted. Then I left when I got home I noticed my sandwich was not toasted I tried to call the restaurant multiple times but they did not pick up the phone I mean I called like 15 times. Then I decided to call customer service and I was on hold for 30 minutes and still nothing. Eventually I got fed up and headed back to the subway tell me then they forgot to toast my sandwiches. I only had one because I gave the other one to someone else and when I asked them to remake the same as they were only going to remake one because I only had one sandwich however, because I did not have the other one but I told him you messed up on both so you should remake both. When I told the lady of the mistakes she told me no I did not order it toasted she told me that before she even checked. She went and she checked and she realize that she made a mistake. I was just mad that I had to go through all that trouble just for them to fix a mistake that they made.

I DoorDash in order from the store and I bought two cookies and they did not send me my cookies and I’ve called about 20 times and I keep getting hung up on or they just don’t answer the phone to try to correct my order or at least get a refund. I also did not get any napkins in my bag.

Well all the local subways have just become trash. Ordered one of the new great garlic chicken that comes with bacon and guess what they charge me for bacon. Not only that but a footlong sandwich you might get 1-2 Oz of meat. The half filled spoon of their chopped up 2 year old chicken is a joke and for $17 way not worth it. Don't get me started on the soured mayo and garlic aioli just gross. The foot long steak and cheese is even worse! You can't even taste any meat that's how little meat they put on the sandwich! Drinks taste horrible sweet tea is more like ditch water with tree sap for sweetner. The additude of the self centered entitled brats they have working makes anyone going there want to just walk right back out. I guess it's better than having ones who can't speak English, but still ridiculous. If anyone ever asks me to go there again I'll let them know we can stop by a pet food store and get caned dog food and put on a sock and eat that cause it's gonna taste much better!
