Poor customer service don't take bills over $20 and don't have a kid friendly atmosphere at all they were perturbed about the kids sitting on their couches they have in front of a "fireplace " and tv sitting on the wall above the fireplace disgusting food at this particular subway. I'm not sure if this is subway on Lund Ave. But this is the one I'm rating 1 star!! All others are at least 3 - 4 stars. I got a steak sandwich and the gal who made sandwich was so slow we had to wait 7minutes for her to wait on one person while the gal in the back never came out to help. The gal that waited on me I asked for extra meat and he didn't wasn't even give me the same amount I usually get. She was using a small measuring cup that she made sure was only 3/4 full each time and gave me 3 scoops and charged me Xtra. They charged me 11.50 for one sandwich when they didn't have tomatoes or any other toppings to add to the sandwich! When asked why you don't go buy some more toppings at Safeway they said oh we have more in the back. Lol They wouldn't offer to get us any when we are there customer. I will never go back to this Subway! I'm not to sure about going to other subways if they are going to be like this subway. Warning Health Dept Issues at this Subway trash was over filling on the floor in the front of the store and in the Mens restroom! The toilet had poop hanging on the sides of the bowl and hasn't been cleaned in at least two months by the amount of black calcium deposits built up in the water bowl!

When I got to the store, it seemed like they weren't ready for customers. I waited 5 minutes or so for someone to take my order. When I got to the register, the manager was at the person collecting the money. She asked men8f I wanted anything else, and I said I would like a cookie. She said she hadn't opened the oven yet today. It was 10:30. I asked her, "What time do you open? She said 7:00. It appeared there was some serious laziness going on. I've been to this location several times and always get the same thing; an Italian BMT wrap. Tonight when I walked in, right away I noticed how clean and orderly everything was. Not that it's bad usually but that it looked extra nice. I thought about mentioning how amazing it looked but was caught up in an important phone text conversation about a funeral I've got to go to. As serious as that was, I had to stop when Sarah had finished with my wrap because in all the times I'd gotten one, none were that perfect! It's terrible to eat one that's flat or weirdly lumpy on one end. She seriously made me the best one I've ever had, so I needed to say something. Worst Subway in all of Kitsap. Staff don’t acknowledge your presence. No greeting upon entering. They dont even ask if your ready to order, theyll stare at you until you make the first move. Ingredients are always out. Sometimes no bread or meat is available. Been here multiple times and will never come back. Shut this place down if possible. Staff there could care less. Do not order delivery from this location. I had tried ordering from here last night (9/7) and had my order canceled when it was supposed to be arriving. I tried ordering again tonight (9/8) only for part of my order to show up after having the full amount taken out of my account for the two foot long meals I had order. I went to the tracking and it said I was only getting one item for $26 something when I had paid $40+ for two meals. Then it said my driver was at the store and was there for over 10 minutes then it said he hasn't arrived to the store yet. Rude staff. We picked up our mobile order and I asked if I needed a key for the restroom because the door was locked. I was told that there was a staff member in there but that the restroom was closed. When I asked why, I was told that they have to do a thorough cleaning and reiterated that it was closed. It was around lunchtime and there were several people in the restaurant. There is no reason the restroom should have been closed. And there was a sign on the front door that stated restroom for customers only. I asked to speak to the manager who was friendly and acted surprised that I had not been given a key to the restroom and offered to get the key for me. The restroom was very clean and in good working order. Proceed to this Subway with caution.
